The first-year Multimedia course introduces students to digital media development. Throughout the year we learn the same media programs that professional graphic designers use.

• Adobe Photoshop CS5 - Create posters for movies and bands! Digitally manipulate a photo so that you are in it!
• Adobe Illustrator CS5 - Create a logo and recreate your own portrait digitally!
• Adobe Premiere Pro CS4- Create your own videos and display them online!
• Adobe Flash CS5 - Create animations and Flash games like the ones you see on the internet!
• Compete in a statewide Multimedia competition!

Concurrent Enrollment is available for Digital Media I through Utah Valley University.  Students can apply at UVU and receive 4 college credits upon completion of this class.  The deadline for admission is September 9th, 2011.  Sophomores will need to fill out the Sophomore by Exception Application and be approved by a school counselor.
